Chicago Jazz Philharmonic | Is it Classical? Is it Jazz? You decide!

Chicago Jazz Philharmonic (CJP) returns to our historic stage with the program Americana, a celebration of our heartland’s rich cultural fabric which features The Mississippi River: Black and Blues, a world premiere by Artistic Director Orbert Davis; a suite honoring veterans, guest conducted by Dr. Roosevelt Griffin; and a salute to ragtime featuring virtuoso pianist Reginald Robinson.
